今天起去台灣三日，星期日返。可惜老婆不能同行...Sorry!

完成GMAT, 多謝各界支持!

雖然因為工作太忙的關係而對今次的GMAT考試沒有多大的期望，但是出來的結果實在令人鼓舞，有六字頭，應該可以足夠報MBA了。

很想特別多謝老婆的支持，多謝她不停地鼓勵我。也很多謝尤先生的關心。

現在正頭痛報名的事...

李克勤演唱會06

今天和老婆去了看李克勤演唱會, 都算唔錯。不過如果冇阿旺出場會更好。我送俾老婆部Fujifilm F10都發揮了它ISO1600的威力。相片的noise都ok。如果我有帶我爸爸的Pro1我就可以比較它們在不夠光的拍攝能力。

和太太過了一個開心的一晚。多謝老婆陪我!

Opera Mini

I have a Palm Treo 650 phone and I have been using its built-in web browser for awhile. I checked out the latest Opera Mini Edition today and I am amazed that it is so much faster! And the cool thing is that it is written in Java!! Finally a J2ME app that I will use!

忙忙忙

很久沒有update了...工作真的忙得很。回家後也要抽時間study GMAT，真累。還有一個月的時間就要考GMAT了，要花更大的努力才行。可是今年能報名的機會不太高，但是我已經set了目標，為下一年度努力。

香港大學, 中文大學和科技大學,那一間才是最好的呢？

C#, Java and Win32 API

I have been studying .Net/C#/Win32 API for the last two days because of a proposal that I need to write. The application cannot be written in Java because of the extensive uses of Win32 API. I still have problem dealing with C# syntax...and calling Win32 API is quite messy. However, the alternative is JNI, which is even worse.

Nevertheless, Win32 API is very powerful and I don't mind learning more. This makes my job more fun.

Now...the fun is gone and the hard part (writing proposal) is coming next...

Free HD Monitoring Tool

I have been using a HD monitoring tool called HDD Life to monitor my harddrive for awhile. It used to be free and I liked it a alot. However, once it become shareware, it keeps popping up annoying message to force you to pay.

I found another free tool last night that does pretty much the same thing for free. For those who BT, you should definitely check it out. It if for Windows only though...

I love gadgets.....But....

...I really hate them when they don't work!

I need to find time to deal with the following:

1) Need to fix the external USB hd case. Probably need to take it for repair...
2) Need to to check the harddrive to make sure that it is not corrupted..
3) Fix my pda phone! For some reason I could press the same button a couple of time and it will reset itself! Amazing!!
4) Switch to another notebook and reformat the current one for my dad.
5) Lucikly my ipod nano headphone is ok again...for no reason....

Computer and electronics are great....when they work!! :(

Cirque Du Soleil - Quidam

Went to Cyberport yesterday to see "Cirque Du Soleil - Quidam" with my wife and my parents yesterday. The show was pretty amazing! However, I think I set my expectation a little bit too high. Some of the actions are pretty repeativity. Nevertheless, it was a good show.

Anyway, I had a wonderful time and I think everyone should at least see this show once.
